How do I sell using online credit card transactions? I am planning to start a small business that would require
people to pay online with credit cards. How do I set this up? Is it the credit card companies, or banks or someone else?
You need to setup an account with a merchant services provider. You can also register with PayPal or Google Checkout. The fees are lower and they both offer good reporting and tracking tools. If you need assistance with this, let me know. I'm a small business consultant. Paypal accepts Visa and Mastercard you can set up a shopping cart with Paypal. Do check your options with credit union online.
Best online credit cards or visa card service? I not have a bank account please Someone suggest for best online credit cards or visa card service like rushcard has high fees. Also, most sites do NOT accept prepaid cards due to the fact they cannot be validated. Any prepaid card is going to have fees. Then open a bank account and get a debit card that is linked to it. Go to a closest credit union or a bank - they will sign you up for a checking account (if don't already have one and you like what they have to offer) and will check if you qualify for a credit card - and if you do, they should be able to instantly offer you one. Check out Comerica Bank's services. it might suit you just fine.
Of a movie, but it does not follow the movie plot at all and it is not fanfiction. If I have written a story that loosely incorporates elements from a movie, how do I give credit? I wrote a story, and it has some of the details, like the background and similar setting, etc.
If the only item you took from the movie is the setting and background, you would not be plagiarizing, you are using general items. I do not think you have to cite it. If it takes the background and setting from a movie it is fanfiction, period. You can also be sued for copyright infringement regardless of whether or not it uses plot elements or characters.

Finding Good Toyota Autos
Has anyone ever had their vehicle repossessed by Toyota with someone named KIM involved? My SUV was repo'd by TMCC(Toyota) in CA.The next day after realizing they took my car I called TMCC and got my lease reinstated.I notified them that I would pay the amount owed- apprx.
You leave out several facts, including the amount of time that passed between the repo and your attempt to pay the back payments. For you to need to pay $1500 to catch up on your lease, you must have been several months behind before they picked the car up, and you wanted them to wait longer to get paid! Consider yourself lucky that they sold the car for as much as they did.
Fun to drive, safe Toyota models? At this time next year, I will be sixteen and can get a 2012 model of Toyota. What are some safe, fun to drive SUV's (used ofcourse)? Anything that isn't american with me is fine (sorry, they suck to me) I was thinking a 2005 X5, but there expensive to maintain, and a toyota 4runner.
The Nissan Murano, Toyota Rav4, Toyota Highlander, Honda CR-V and Nissan Rogue are all good and reliable sources. Your dad was right to stay away from german cars- when your buying an older car, german cars are expensive to maintain and fix, and they're not the most reliable cars out their :) good luck in your future car hunt! Its a hard thing to look in the future, because the car market nowadays changes too quickly.

A Motorcyclist's Misadventure
Do you like it? Why or why not? Do you regret buying it? Do you think it is a dependable vehicle of significant quality? Please specify if it is a hybrid or not. Do you like your Toyota SUV Highlander yes or no and why or why not? I'm thinking about purchasing a Toyota SUV Highlander late this year and would like feedback from those who already have one.
Excellent traction control in bad weather. I have a 2007, with V6 and AWD. My wife and I love it! Plenty of power, comfortable and easy to drive. I've done research and it is incredibly reliable, way more than an Escape. I'd stay away from those.
Best Toyota SUV To Buy? Ok so I am torn between the Toyota Highlander (preferably the hybrid) and the Toyota RAV4 2012. This is my first SUV so I really need some input into WHICH YEAR of each vehicle is the best.
They are cheaper, better on gas, handles better in the snow. 2001-up rav4 AWD. Those are both wimpy cars go for the land cruiser. My mom has a awd highlander and I have a AWD 2002 rav4. The rav4 handles alot better in snow, wet and dry. It has a smaller gas tank but it's great on gas. The Highlander would be my choice due to me needing the space for my family. If this is your first SUV it will suit you fine. However, the RAV is a good SUV and if you buy the 4 cylinder model, it will deliver better gas mileage than the Highlander and it is more than enough for what most people need.
